Vaccination and Wellness Policies
Each visiting organization is responsible for formulating and adopting a vaccination policy for its camp. The Taylor Family Foundation does not require that you submit these to us.
On March 25, 2015, ACA hosted a California Conversation about Immunizations for Camp Directors. The webinar focused on California law regarding immunizations and the applicability to the camp environment. You can check out many of the great resources they recommended here.
Emergency Procedures
Each visiting organization is responsible for its own medical team, medical supplies, and adopting an emergency plan. For your reference, please download the Emergency Procedures Template. These templates are suggested guidelines and are not comprehensive. It is your responsibility to implement procedures that fit best with your campers’ needs and abilities.
